Everett Lineberry

Born to parents George and Julia Lineberry, Everett was a member of the Class of 1953. He was active in choruses, B-Club, Junior and Senior play, on the Bark yearbook staff, and instrumental in writing the words to our school song. Everett was a standout athlete, lettering four years in varsity football, was a Northeast District All Star, North Central District All Star, two-time All State selection, and National All-American All Star. He attended the University of Missouri on a full athletic scholarship playing football for the Tigers and was a member of the Varsity M Association. Everett was enrolled in Army R.O.T.C. and received his commission upon graduation in 1958 with a B.S in Business. After service in the military, Everett began his work in the insurance business establishing Lineberry Associates in Houston, Texas. Through his tenure and under his leadership, his agency prospered, established and set production records, and founded the National Insurance Connection to work with business owners around the United State with life insurance and annuity decisions. Upon retirement, Everett and wife, Bev, returned to Brookfield where they are active members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, the Brookfield Country Club, Brookfield Community Chest, Brookfield Rotary, Brookfield Booster Club, and was the keynote speaker for the Quarterback Club Banquet in 2013. To name a few, Everett has served as president of Provident Mutual General Agents and Managers Association, L and A Financial Group, Lakeside Country Club, has been a sought-after speaker and received National recognition for his work in the insurance industry.
